Also want to tell you how much we love, love love our
little (big) Kachi Behr.  He's from Tula/Micha's  litter. He was your biggest pup &
the first to go (to us! Lucky us!) He definitely took after his mama's
side of the family...even the vet asked me if I was sure his dad wasn't
a standard!!  Just more of him to love!!!! Liza V

" Ruby" & "Honey"
Hi Julie & Shelly!

As you've heard, Jon (my husband) had the chance meeting with Mary Jane (Honey's mom) shortly after we got Ruby. We were all ecstatic to learn that Ruby and Honey were sisters! Since then, both Ruby and Honey have finished all their puppy shots and just recently had their first sister play date at the dog park. At first, neither one seemed to remember each other, but after a short while, they were playing together like they had never been apart. It's amazing that they both have some of the same cute little "doodle quirks" even though they don't look alike at all.

Ruby is doing wonderfully! She gets attention anywhere!and everywhere we go. Everyone asks if she is a "Benji dog." She will graduate from her puppy class this week, and so far, she's the top of her class. The trainer usually uses her as an example, and we couldn't be more proud! She is so smart and very loving. If there is a lap anywhere in sight, Ruby is in it! She also loves traveling to new places, including wine country and Tahoe. We call her our snow puppy.

We want to thank you for Ruby. We are absolutely in love with her, and we couldn't imagine life without her now.  And... Jon is having ZERO allergy problems with her!  Enjoy the pictures!

Best wishes,

Jon and Jenny

"Louie"
Just wanted to send you a few recent pictures of our little Louie. I
just can't tell you how happy we are with him.
He has added a whole
new dimension to our lives. He started puppy school this week and, we
think, was the best in his class.

"Junior"
As you know, Junior just turned 1 on 5/4/08. We had a birthday party today for him with 7 dog-friends.
Here is a photo of Junior with Jake and Rachel on New Years day 2008.
He is a great dog. He is happy, playful, calm and reasonably well-behaved. His favorite activity is swimming.
Thank you for a great dog.

"Maya"

Ed and I want to give you an update on Maya.  She turned 1 year old last
week.   It's hard to believe our
little puppy is that old!  She is the sweetest dog and with lots of
training she has become very well behaved.  She has definitely kept her
puppy ways in that she loves to run and play-I think she would play all
day long if she had the chance!!!  She also loves to eat and would eat
everything she sees if we'd let her!  She is just the cutest dog
ever-people are always commenting on how adorable she is and now they're
even saying she is so well behaved for a puppy.  She loves having access
to the whole house now and follows us around wherever we go.  Her
favorite thing to do is have "play dates" with her best puppy friends
and of course go to the dog park

"Lola"
Just wanted to give you a heads up on Lola.  She is now a little over 13 weeks.  She is growing like crazy.  She is 3 times the size as when we picked her up.  Everything is progressing nicely health wise.  In a few weeks she will get her final shots.  We can not wait to take her to the park and other places.  She is very good with kids and the dogs of family friends that we have brought her around.  Loves to swim...she jumped right in the salt water pool our friends have.  I have attached a few pics.  We totally love her.  She goes to work with me most days, and just hangs around my feet.   Hope her big sister was adopted by a great family.  Take care, and thanks a million.  Oh, we figured out that the black pups takes a better picture in the dark (or when you can be sure the flash goes off)

Regards,

"Toby"
Hello, Shelly and Julie
We just wanted to share some pictures of "Toby" with you. He is doing great!  Naps alot but is a bundle of energy when not sleeping. He does amazingly well in his crate at night. He wakes up about every three hours, we take him out to potty,  then he goes back in and goes back to sleep.   So far, no accidents in the crate at night :-)
He eats three times a day, we are doing fairly well on potty training.
He is very loveable and cuddly, likes to be on our laps...with his toys. We are very pleased with him. We will have our first visit to the vet next week, so we will find out then what he weighs.
Enjoy the pictures!

"Bella"

We had Bella spayed a few weeks ago, she came through it all well.  She weighs a little over 30lbs. which is perfect.  She plays in the park across the street from us daily and has many pals.  So she has quite the life, not to mention she loves people food.  I only give her healthy things!  :)   Well Julie I wish you well and I love hearing from you.  I'll check your web page for  Bella one day to star on it.   Take care, love Diane

"Tucker"
I wanted to send you an email to let you we had Tucker neutered. He is doing
great. We are still loving him to pieces. I have become friends with our
amazing obedience trainer. She has an eight month old puppy. We get the
puppies together to play about once a week. He loves his girlfriend Grace!
We went on our first trip and boarded him while we are gone. The girl we
board him with is also one of his obedience trainers (there are two people
who work together). Anyway he LOVES it there and I think if given the choice
he would rather stay with her! She lives on two acres and pretty much under
her supervision he gets to run around and play all day long with her and her
two dogs. Sally is his other girlfriend out in the country! He will get to
visit her in a few weeks when we leave again. It is SO nice to be able to
leave him in good hands and know he is having MORE fun than he does at home.
And he is staying with a trainer who is so great. Plus she loves Tucker and
wants to keep him so she treats him extra special. He pretty much just lives
with them, stays in the house, hangs out like one of the family! It is so
great I am so happy to have found her. If you ever have clients in the SD
area let me know she is a great referral! You are probably busy with puppies
right now! They must be so cute and small! They grow so quick it makes me
want a puppy again.....oh but then the potty training, etc. It is so easy
now!  : ) I think you must be getting ready to take your trip to my town,
Carlsbad! Have fun! Hope you and your family are doing well.  April

"Kachi Behr"
Hi Shelly & Julie,

Thank you for putting Kachi's picture in your online family album, now everyone can see just how stinkin' cute he is!!  He just turned 6 months old, he has been neutered, & today, he went to his first day of puppy day camp!!  He's been to puppy socialization class already, and we have now started regular school, and I can tell you that he does NOT like the fact that noone lets him play with the other dogs.  But of course, he is a quick learner. He's been completely housebroken since he was about 12 weeks old.  We bell trained him, and he caught on to that so soon that he was actually too small to reach the bell at first!!  He's a big boy, he already weighs 41 lbs, and he is so beautiful, with a really soft, almost straight, light cream coat. (Thanks to good genes & Innova Puppy Food, I think!)
We are stopped everywhere we go,and people ask about him.  I've started a group on 'Doodlekisses.com' looking for other Almond Blossom doodles, and actually found someone from Indiana who got their doodle from Tulip Tree (That's your family member, right?), and Micah is his daddy. So, it's Kachi's 1/2 brother!!

There are lots of breeders on Doodlekisses.com, you should check it out, because clearly, you breed the best!!!!

"Lea" 1 1/2 yrs
Just wanted to update you on Lea, she is 1 1/2 years old now and she gets sweeter everyday!  She loves to look outside and wait for the kids to get home from school.  Hope all is well and talk to you soon.

Love The Webers

"Maya" 2 yrs old

An update on Maya.  She is now two years old and continues to be the
most popular dog in the neighborhood.  She wins in all categories-looks,
friendliness, playing well with children and dogs, happy, well-behaved.
Everybody loves her!  We see a few more doodles around here, none as
sweet as she-at least in our minds.

Thanks again and keep raising beautiful doodles!
